You may safely place your order online using Visa, MasterCard or an EMT transfer.

In order to meet the age verification requirements of our industry, Vapetrunk Company Inc. ships all products via Canada Post Age Verification. This is done to prevent the purchase of our products by underage individuals. Your package will require photo ID and matching signature in order to receive it. Vapetrunk Company Inc. is not responsible for your inability to claim your package due to being underage.

We ship through Canada Post using their Expedited Parcel option.

Free Shipping across Canada for orders $150.00 or more before tax.

Shipping can generally take (1-7 Business Days) for orders in Canada (no Express or Priority option).

If you are out-of-town, we will ship your paid order within two business days.

If you are local and wish to have In-store Pick-up, please pay online. We will not set items aside for you unless they are fully paid.



We only ship to the registered billing address of Credit card used when checking out. If you choose a different address then what is listed on the Credit card used then your order will be canceled. This is for security reasons to protect you and us due to the high volume of credit card fraud for online sales.

 A tracking number and ESTIMATED date of delivery will be provided to you by Canada Post. Please do not contact us looking for your package until AFTER your package is late.

Once your package shows as ‘Delivered’, we are no longer responsible for the package or its contents. If you did not receive your package and the Canada Post site shows as ‘Delivered’, please contact your nearest postal outlet and request an investigation as to its location.
