No refunds available, however we offer warranty exchanges within a 30 day period. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Atomizers/Replacement Coils that have been used
- Anything of a consumable/disposable nature
- Gift Cards/Certificates
Items such as: atomizers, tanks, and coils are available for warranty services if the item is DOA (dead on arrival), or if they are defective or damaged. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify. We will replace the items for you free of charge if they do not work out of the box, but may require you to send them back to us with proof of purchase and items to be in in their original packaging to determine the root cause of the problem.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items may not qualify for warranty services if:
- Accidental Damage has occurred ie: liquid leaking into device, item has been dropped etc.
- Damage has been caused by using our products with other products not purchased from Vapetrunk Company Inc.
- Regular wear and tear
- Damage caused by attempting to fix/service device
- Items have been modified outside of the original manufacturers specifications
- Battery failure has occurred as a result of negligence
- Short circuit has occurred due to improperly maintained charger or device
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7-3130 Saint Johns Street, Port Moody, BC, V3H 5E3, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In certain scenarios, we may not need you to send the item back to us, in which case the cost of shipping the replacement item will be split 50/50 between both parties.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
